General Information

Can I get a quotation?
The best way to get a quote is by going to the order now page and following the step and you will get the quote instantly before you place the order. Or if you have a special request you can simply email us at sales@ontimelanyards.com and we will be more then glad to help you out.
What's the turnaround time?
We have the fastest turnaround time in the nation. Standard turnaround is 7 days production and 7 days shipping, but you have the option to rush the products as fast as 5 business days. The best part about our company is that we guarantee our delivery dates.
What's the mold fee?
We don't charge a mold fee unless you have multiple sizes.
Can I place my order online?
Yes, you can. Following are the ways you can place your order

I need to make a change to the order that I placed.
Emailing sales@ontimelanyards.com or Call our sales team at (639)299-4563 and they will try to make the change as long as the order is not in production.

Digital Proof

Can I preview before I purchase?
We offer you free proof before you decide to purchase and a hassle free experience.. simply fill up your order details and at checkout you will get the option of "See Design - Pay later". We will send you the proof once you submit the order along with payment and proof approval link which will allow you to then pay via credit card or PayPal.
Will I be charged extra if want to change the proof before confirming the order?
No, you can make as many changes as you like.
I received my proof and I want to make a change. How can I do that?
Simply reply back to the email proof that you received and tell us the change you would like and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.
How long does it take to get a digital proof?
It will take anywhere from 4-6 hours.
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof is a digital image of how your cards will look. We will show you a image before we start production. You can make as many changes as you like to the digital proof until you are satisfied.
How can I confirm to the proof I received?
Simply reply to the proof email stating that you confirm the proof layout and then we will start production.

Refunds/Cancellation

What if I need to cancel my order?
$10 cancellation fee will be applied if order is not in production. If the order is already in production stage then the order cannot be cancelled due to the mold and material cost that we have already incurred.
Changes in the proof are limited to 3 times then cancellation fee of $50 may apply on the order.
Frequent changes more then 3 times on the proof may apply $5 per change afterwards for every change The delivery time and production is considered after the approval and payment on the order
What should I do if I made a payment twice by mistake?
Please emailing sales@ontimelanyards.com or call our sales team at (639)299-4563 and they will assist you with this matter.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
If there is a production error we will redo the band without and questions asked.

Payment Information

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. You may also pay with PayPal.
The method of pay by check is also available for customers who wish to mail a check.
Purchase orders are accepted for schools, certain non-profit groups and government organization.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge tax. We also do not charge any other fees such as customs/brokerage fee.
How to place an order if you are a school with purchase order (PO)?
Go to the order now page and follow the steps and place the order with your specification. Then once you are at the checkout page, enter your shipping and billing information and below that there will a option to "See Design - Pay later" Click that option and select submit. You will get a order number and you will need to put that order number on your PO and fax in a official school/government PO to .

Shipping/Production

What is the freight?
The shipping cost will be provided to you in the order now page. The shipping cost varies according to the quantity you order.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box?
We only ship to physical address.
How long will it take before I receive my products?
It takes 7 days for production and 7 days for shipping (total of 14 days), unless if you choose to expedite your order.
How accurate is your delivery date?
We guarantee the delivery time of your order. 98% of our packages are delivered to our customers on the date specified on their receipt.
Tyvek/Plastic/Vinyl are most sold fast products.
There might be extra rush production charges on Tyvek/Vinyl/Plastic orders depending upon the production on present orders in queue which factory can inform later after checking delivery schedule.

Tracking

How can I track my order?
You can call us at (639)299-4563 or you can ask our live chat and they will give you a update on your order. Also once the order is shipped you will also get a email on the tracking number of your order.
Will I get a tracking number once my order is shipped?
Yes, a tracking will be emailed once the order is shipped.

Discounts

Can I get some discount?
Yes, you can enter your email at the top of the web page, then you will get a coupon code in your email.
Do you offer discounts for large orders and/or non-profit groups?
Large orders have lower unit price, it's in the price list
Can I get some discount for reorder?
Yes, you can email us to get a coupon code for reorder.

We tell customers to pay by PayPal so that if there is any issue with their order then they can simply dispute the order with paypal and their payment will be secured since PayPal offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee to its customers.
Can I be the local agency of your company?
You are more than welcome to place the order online and have them drop shipped to your customer directly.
Are their any hidden fees?
Our company is transparent on exactly what we charge our customers. Your charges will be displayed to you multiple times throughout the checkout process before you confirm you order. You will not be charged anything besides what your order total states.
Can you ship to countries outside the UK?
Yes, we ship products worldwide.
